Blazer with jeans are an awesome combo, and that is what I chose to wear to the first Latina Beauty, Hair & Wellness Expo that took place at the Meadowlands in New Jersey.
I had planned to initially wear a dress, but the weather dictated something different, because it was raining in the morning, so I opted for the blazer with jeans combo.
I thought this outfit would be more suitable for the occasion, as well as the weather too.
I added a lightweight white tee, gold platform sandals and a red satchel.
I love combining opposite pieces and fabrics, like my distressed jeans with this silky floral blazer.
I also added a bit of bling by wearing these gold platform sandals. I think they glam up my outfit making me look chic and elegant.
I chose to wear a simple makeup with no false eyelashes. I paired neutral eyeshadows with a soft pink lipstick.
I had a great time at the Latina Beauty, Hair & Wellness Expo on Saturday. I will definitely give you all the deets in a special post I am preparing. So stay tuned.

Love Pairing My Boyfriend Floral Blazer With Jeans! Check Out What I Wore To The First Latina Expo. I Added Gold Platform Sandals, A Tee And A Red Satchel.
I chose to wear my blazer with my favorite pair of curvy jeans from Mandee, because I wanted to create a casual but elegant look perfect for an afternoon or evening outing. I also added heels in a leopard print to add contrast to my outfit. I feel the leopard print goes great with oxblood!
The challenge was to figure out what top to wear under my oxblood red blazer. I had a few options in mind, but I finally decided to go with this crimson red see-thru lace long sleeves turtleneck. I think it adds a sexy allure to the whole outfit, besides a little bit of contrast as well even though both colors, the oxblood and the crimson, are in the same family color.
One accessory that is super noticeable in this outfit is my silk tie-dye scarf which I am wearing in 3 different ways: around my waist as a belt; by my neck as a bow and tied up to my bag. A scarf is a key Fall and Winter accessory that could be worn in different ways adding style to any outfit.
And last, I chose to wear gold accessories since gold creates a wonderful combination when paired with oxblood and leopard print.
Eva Mendes Collection – Nina Suit Jacket in Black Cherry $74.95; Fall Ink Jordan-Curvy Denim from Mandee ($20); Lace Turtleneck from Victoria’s Secret in Crimson; KELLAN-C Pumps in Brown Multi Fabric from GUESS; Black Snake Print Leather Clutch from Guess by Marciano; Tie-Dye Scarf from bebe; Gold Accessories.
