Stressful Live Events?
Hello World! It seems forever I haven’t written my usual Thought of the Day so today I decided to at least write a few sentences to keep in touch with all of you. It has been a hell of a few crazy and stressful weeks and I have been exhausted, drained and stressed out all of these days. A lot of changes, events and more have been happening to the point I found myself a bit down and a little emotional as well, something that it is unusual in me I would say.
But good thing I caught myself reacting the wrong way and I decided to take action. With this being said, you bet I snapped out of it and I am almost back to normal…no quite yet but almost…
Today I just want to say that no matter how much is on your plate or how stressful is your day, do not let all of that take the best out of you. I know it is so easy to stress and get nervous over the uncertain, but do not allow all these feelings to manipulate your state of being. Instead, check your inner resources and get the strength you need; get the wisdom and the will power you already you have within you.
Visualize it as something so simple like going to the stores to get something you need. It is already there waiting for you, all you need to do is go grab it. Feed yourself with all the positive literature and positive people around you. I personally felt great last Tuesday! After having a really stressful day, I felt incredibly awesome at my Metaphysical class that evening. I went home totally recharged of good and positive energy.
As I have learned, if you stress over something, you will end up getting more of the same thing. Instead focus on how you want things to be. Life is not that serious, and after all everything is an illusion…so why stress?
